TIANNA KIRKPATRICK, of Counsel to the Firm

Tianna represents management in labor and employment law matters and litigation. Tianna’s employment practice involves representing employers before the U.S. Equal Employment Commission (EEOC), the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), the Occupational Safety Health Association (OSHA), and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC). Tianna has represented management in state and federal trial courts throughout Ohio. She is licensed to practice in the state of Ohio and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Tianna earned her B.A. in Political Science with minors in Legal Studies and Spanish at the University of Mount Union where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Tianna then attended and graduated from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law.



Outside of the law, Tianna can be found spending time with her husband, three cats, and her dog Willow.
